Refund Policy

At Human Hope Wahter, we are dedicated to providing professional and compassionate therapy services to support your mental health and well-being. Due to the nature of therapy services, all payments are final, and we do not offer refunds for any completed or scheduled sessions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible:

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and cannot be refunded or credited.

  • Missed Appointments (No-Shows): If you do not attend a scheduled session and fail to provide notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee, with no option for rescheduling or reimbursement.

Emergency Situations

We recognize that emergencies happen. In the case of a medical or personal emergency, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss possible accommodations. Exceptions will be made at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Prepaid Sessions & Packages

  • If you have purchased a multi-session package, unused sessions cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • Prepaid sessions must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe or they will expire.
